旋涡离心复合气泵是在离心层叠式基础上,把旋涡叶轮与离心叶轮固定在同一个主轴上,构成复合气泵的转动部分。用过渡环和泵体及定位环构成旋涡空腔,同时也构成复合气泵的壳体,过渡环上的通气口把离心空腔与旋涡空腔相连通,离心气泵旋涡空腔出口与底座消声器的一个通道口相连接通气泵出气口,旋涡空腔进口与消声器另一通口相连接通补气开关。
泵体内无机械摩擦,噪音低,能耗少,体积小,可调节输出气体压力、流量,输出气体可达到无水、无油和无粉尘要求。(图/文
